Maintenance management
Every machine looked after, every job on time.
MainteMakkal keeps breakdowns and planned maintenance on one list of machines: problems reported from the floor, preventive plans by date or running hours that make their own work orders, and a planner that shows who does what, on which day.

What it does
Plans that make their own work orders.
Lubrication, cleaning and inspections come round every so many weeks or months, or every so many running hours, whichever comes first. Each plan makes its job a set number of days ahead, with its checklist.
- From the day it was done, or from the planned date
- Checks that are ticked, or measured against limits: a value out of limits asks for a follow-up job
- Meters on the machine: running hours read by anyone, every meter in one list for the round of readings, the due date from the pace
- Existing plans come in from a spreadsheet, after a review

A planner by person and day.
Drag a job onto a technician’s day. Each person’s hours show against their working day; the month and the year show the load coming, with the jobs the plans will make.
- Day, week, month and year
- The backlog beside the week, to drag from
- Hours expected on every job

From the floor to finished.
Operators report a problem from a phone. A Planner turns it into a job, gives it to someone and a day. The technician starts it, waits for parts, finishes it with what was done, the cause and the hours.
- Requests, with “the machine has stopped” and “someone could get hurt”
- Follow-up jobs linked to the first
- Spare parts: each site’s stores, parts used on a job off stock at once with their cost in your currency, what needs ordering
- Every machine’s history: what broke, what put it right, how long it was stopped
- Reports: planned work against repairs, plans on time, mean time to repair and between failures, downtime, the top failure causes

Questions
What is MainteMakkal?
Maintenance software for manufacturers: work orders for breakdowns and planned work on one list of machines, preventive plans that make their own jobs by date or running hours, a planner by person and day, and every machine’s history.
Our plans are in Excel today. How do we start?
Export them as a sheet, one line per machine with when it was last done, and import it: MainteMakkal shows what every line will do before anything is saved. Machines come in the same way from your equipment list.
Can operators report a problem without an account of their own?
Operators get an account with the Operator role: they report problems from a phone and see what became of them, and can write down meter readings. A Planner turns each request into a job or declines it with a reason.
Does it work with GageMakkal?
Yes. Both apps share one sign-in, one list of people and one list of equipment, so a machine’s calibrated gauges and its maintenance live side by side. Each app is sold on its own.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in Europe (Paris), backed up every night. Each organization’s data is kept apart from every other’s by the database itself.
