Preventive plans
Work that comes round every so many weeks or months: lubrication, cleaning, inspections, safety checks. Each plan makes its own work orders ahead of time.
How to: make a preventive plan
- Preventive plans → New plan.
- Pick the machines it covers, with when each was last done.
- Say how often (and, if you like, also by a meter), and add its checks → Save plan.
- Each machine’s work order is made ahead of its due date; Make it now makes one at once.
Tips
- Next due is the machine on the plan that needs it first.
- Planners make and change plans; everyone in MainteMakkal can read them.
- “Stop” means the machine must be stopped for the job, so plan it into a time production can spare it.
- Export gives every plan as a sheet, one line per machine on it. Import reads such a sheet: Plan, Asset ID, Last done, then the plan’s settings (Every, Unit, Hours, Checklist with the checks split by “;”, a measured one written with its limits in brackets: “Hydraulic pressure [30-40 bar]”, “Oil temperature [<= 60 °C]”). You see what each line would do before anything is made.
- A plan already here keeps its settings when imported again: its lines only add machines. A machine on it already is left as it is.
